21st Century After-School & Summer Enrichment Programs

In partnership with the Morrisville School District, the Ivins Outreach Center has managed after- school and summer enrichment programs since 2004. Funding for these programs comes from 21st Century Community Learning Center grants, which are federal funds passed through the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

Two similar grants have been received in January 2016 for the Bucks County Technical School and the Bristol Borough School District. The Ivins Outreach Center will be involved as a community partner with these schools in administering these grants.  For more information see the Courier Times’ January 14, 2016, news article on our News page.

More information about these enrichment programs can be found at  Morrisville Learning Centers.

The 21st Century Community Learning Center staff is housed in the Ivins Outreach Center.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education nominated the afterschool program that the Ivins Outreach Center manages for the Morrisville School District as a best practice for family engagement in the Commonwealth.   This nation-wide program is federally-funded through the states.
